What We Offer

The Event Center at Brushy Fork is designed to be flexible.

The Event Center at Brushy Fork is the result of the collaborative partnership between the West Virginia National Guard and the City of Buckhannon. Managed by the City of Buckhannon, our staff knows the ins and outs of event planning, entertainment, and excellent area vendors. The center has operable partitions, making the space versatile for a small meeting or large celebration. The smallest room is 642 square feet, and the largest layout offers 7,210 square feet. We can accommodate up to 430 guests.

AV Equipment

We are proud to offer state-of-the-art AV equipment for your event. Rooms D & F each have an HD projector and screen, microphones, speakers, and wireless internet.

Tables & Chairs

The Event Center at Brushy Fork has 60-inch round tables, 7-foot by 2-foot rectangle tables, and Cocktail tables that can be adjusted to standing or seated heights.

Place Settings

Feel free to have your caterer use our place settings. These include water goblets, wine glasses, dinner plates, dessert plates, and coffee cups. We also have our own flatware. All of our place settings are available for your use.

Elimination Dinners & BINGO

The Event Center at Brushy Fork has a custom-designed elimination dinner and BINGO app. We also offer rental of the applications for use outside of our venue.  Click Here for the app.
